Honor is a gracious woman’s virtue which the Lord created within her in the beginning to be retained, and no demonic power can take it from her.
Honor is righteousness. She will not indulge in acts damaging to her status in the vineyard of God or in her home. She is always careful and obedient to divine instructions. Such was the case of Hannah in I Samuel.
Honor is morality. Therefore, a gracious woman retains her morality, no matter under what condition she finds herself. Such was the case in I Samuel 1:15-16:
“And Hannah answered and said, No, my lord, I am a woman of a sorrowful spirit: I have drunk neither wine nor strong drink, but have poured out my soul before the LORD. Count not thine handmaid for a daughter of Belial: for out of the abundance of my complaint and grief have I spoken hitherto.”
That was Hannah, a gracious woman that retained her morality.
